When our founding Fathers said that a well-regulated Militia was necessary for the security of a free state, we take them at their word and our mission is thus: To train our members in the many disciplines necessary to the function of the Militia as a whole and members individually. 

To build leadership. To build community. We aim to organize and engage with our local community and to provide a network of support in case of disaster be man made or natural. 

To promote and propagate the Texas State Militia as a well regulated, trained and prepared organization composed of common citizens. 

To provide for common defense. 

To repel foreign aggression and invasions by preparing and training for defense and by our encouragement and presentation of why all citizens should stand stoutly against tyranny of all varieties. 

To suppress domestic insurrection and violence by supporting and assisting local law enforcement in both upholding and maintaining order in accordance with such local, state and federal laws that do not jeopardize our God given rights as acknowledged in the U.S.
